Viewing configuration reports

The current configuration of a workspace can be easily verified by viewing its configuration report. The configuration report can be viewed by a system administrator and privileged users.

The configuration report lists the current configuration of the following options:

• Workspace properties
• Workspace configuration parameters
• Users
• Groups
• Distribution lists
• Access profiles
• Roles
• Role-based custom property access
• Document types
• Fields for document types (if a custom property is attached to a document type)
• Document  status values
• Document  life cycles
• Document  relevance values
• Folder types
• Fields for folder types (if a custom property is attached to a folder type)
• Folder status values
• Folder life cycles

To view a configuration report:

• In the Settings view, expand the configuration tree of the workspace for which you want to view its report and select Configuration report. The report appears in the detail frame.
